A 4-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 06Mar2026 at 16:00 as dose 1, single (Lot number: MM0530) at the age of 4 years for immunisation; diphtheria vaccine toxoid, pertussis vaccine acellular 3-component, polio vaccine inact 3v (vero), tetanus vaccine toxoid (KINRIX), on 06Mar2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation; hepatitis B vaccine rhbsag (yeast) (ENGERIX), on 06Mar2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation; hib vaccine conj (tet tox) (ACTHIB), on 06Mar2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation; aesculus hippocastanum (VARIVAX [AESCULUS HIPPOCASTANUM]), on 06Mar2026 as dose number unknown, single for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported.
