Symptom narrative

Father told me on 4/3/26 that the night of 3/26/26 patient had a psychotic episode. Patient has continued to have them during the week since the vaccine, but they have improved. She will start staring and hear voices. Father states retrospectively she did this with the first MenB given on 3/11/25

Current illness

Obese, Headache, Functional neurological disorder, Abnormal uterine bleeding, anxiety, depression, chronic musculoskeletal pain, elevated blood-pressure reading without diagnosis of hypertension, chronic knee pain, dizziness, obstructive sleep apnea, right eye astigmatism, pure hyperglyceridemia, amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome

Medical history

Obese, Headache, Functional neurological disorder, Abnormal uterine bleeding, anxiety, depression, chronic musculoskeletal pain, elevated blood-pressure reading without diagnosis of hypertension, chronic knee pain, dizziness, obstructive sleep apnea, right eye astigmatism, pure hyperglyceridemia, left ovarian cyst, psychosis with auditory hallucinations

Allergies

Milk of Magnesia causes vomiting
