Syncope

Symptom narrative

Patient received the first dose of her HPV vaccine. She was monitored in the room, and as she was walking to check out she had a vasovagal syncope reaction. No loss of consciousness noted. Patient was then monitored again, vitals taken, and discharge shortly after.
