Symptom narrative

Right after vaccination pain/swollen muscle on the side of the area of injection. In about 10 days added suddenly pain in both knees. Pain worse when in rest(sitting , laying). Worse after waking up, did exercise to start moving. Slight pain in hand finger joints both hands-bearable. Physically fit before with no problem in movement. Started yoga classes-pain lowered. In January-February 2026 pain triggered bad, Not fallen, not trauma. Pain flaring one knee better another worse, some days both bad. Not stable walking.

X-ray on both knees-no significant changes. MRI of left knee-tear in meniscus, chondral defectsema, joint effusion, full chickness hondral defects on femoral trochlea, etc For right knee said need another appointment to get MRI.
