Dizziness

Symptom narrative

Patient experienced intense dizziness after getting vaccine on 4/3/26. Patient was provided water and electrolyte to help overcome dizziness. EMS arrived at scene and all vital signs were normal and patient went home without any concerns.

Medical history

None. Patient informed that he gets dizziness when he gets vaccine.

Dizziness. Patient does not like needles going into skin.
