Symptom narrative

Patient was being treated for reflux with famotidine prior to vaccinations. After vaccinations, parents report increase in reflux symptoms that required dose increase of famotidine, characterized by increased spitup, decreased oral intake. Patient had stable weight gain, no fever, no bloody stools.
