On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced chills (Verbatim: mainly had the chills.) and feeling abnormal (Verbatim: Felt like crap). The outcome of the chills and feeling abnormal were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the chills and feeling abnormal to be related to Shingles vaccine.
