Symptom narrative

The patient received both pneumonia and shingles vaccine on left arm on 3/30/26. When patient got home, she still had a lot of pain on left arm and noticed her arm was swollen, red and very painful. Patient waited until 4/3/26 to go to the ER since the pain and swelling was not going away. The ER told her it was cellulitis and gave her antibiotic.
