Symptom narrative

Inappropriate age at vaccine administration; Expired vaccine used; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a child female patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number 5ST5M, expiry date 24-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 26-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Infanrix (left thigh). On 26-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Inappropriate age at vaccine administration) and expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine used). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and expired vaccine used were not applicable.
