administered only the diluent part of Penmenvy without adding the powder component; administered only the diluent part of Penmenvy without adding the powder component; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 18-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number CB25N, expiry date 07-JAN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 20-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Penmenvy. On 20-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: administered only the diluent part of Penmenvy without adding the powder component) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: administered only the diluent part of Penmenvy without adding the powder component). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable.
