Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Missed dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 72-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was received on 06-JAN-2020). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Missed dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-MAR-2026 The health care professional stated that his patient received her first Shingrix shot on 06-JAN-2020, but never received her second shot. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
