Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Late second dose (Inappropriate Vaccine Schedule); This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose on 14-FEB-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late second dose (Inappropriate Vaccine Schedule)). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 26-MAR-2026 The pharmacist reported that the patient had missed her second dose.
