Symptom narrative

patient received an expired dose of Havrix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 51-year-old male patient who received HAV (Havrix) (batch number 2345B, expiry date 02-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 30-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Havrix. On 30-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Havrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: patient received an expired dose of Havrix). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-MAR-2026 This was the second dose of Havrix for the patient.
