patient that received the first shingrix shot Dec 2021; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 63-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 03-DEC-2021, batch number: H4922). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient that received the first shingrix shot Dec 2021). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:30-MAR-2026 The reporter wanted to know if patient need to restart the 2-dose series.
