maladministration of an expired vaccine/ expired product used; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 15-month-old female patient who received Hib (Hiberix) (batch number FE9HZ, expiry date 15-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 31-MAR-2026, the patient received Hiberix. On 31-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Hiberix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: maladministration of an expired vaccine/ expired product used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
