legs weak and crampy; legs weak and crampy; possible cold/flu; Insomnia; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of leg cramps in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On 16-JAN-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix (left deltoid). In FEB-2026, less than 2 months after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced leg cramps (Verbatim: legs weak and crampy), lower extremities weakness of (Verbatim: legs weak and crampy) and insomnia (Verbatim: Insomnia). In MAR-2026, the patient experienced influenza (Verbatim: possible cold/flu). In FEB-2026, the outcome of the leg cramps and lower extremities weakness of were resolved and the outcome of the insomnia was resolved (duration 5 days). In MAR-2026, the outcome of the influenza was resolved. The reporter considered the leg cramps, lower extremities weakness of, insomnia and influenza to be unlikely related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 25-MAR-2026 The patient received the first dose of Shingrix and was supposed to receive the 2nd dose on 16-MAR-2026, but did not go due to having what she described as a cold, or flu, or virus at the time. She plans to receive the 2nd dose but has not done so yet. The patient stated that after receiving the first dose of the vaccine, there was a time in February where her legs felt weak and crampy, but she did not believe it was related to the vaccine, as it was also after taking a long walk in very cold weather, which she believed to be the cause. Patient also mentioned about experiencing insomnia or trouble sleeping for 4 or 5 days which was unusual for her. The patient did not believe any of these symptoms were actually related to the vaccine, but that they were caused by other factors. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
