Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Medium, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Medium, Additional Details: Patient became unresponsive and fainted while sitting in chair 5 seconds after administering the vaccine. After 20-30 seconds of unresponsiveness, he gained consciousness but his skin became clammy and very pale. We called 911 immediately when patient was not responsive. Paramedics arrive at approximately 9:35am to assess patient, check vital signs, and offer additional assistance. Patient denied going to ER and receiving further treatment. Patient stayed at pharmacy until he felt better.
