Systemic: reports pain in lower left arm (elbow down) when touching that area. no numbness, no tingling. no pain at injection site or upper arm in general. reports no pain if not touching the lower arm area.-Medium, Additional Details: advised patient to contact primary care to assess. advised to go to ER if pain worsens/spreads or if any systemic symptoms.
