Systemic: pt has not experienced any adverse effects that I am aware of as of yet-Mild, Additional Details: i could not sign into the system - tried multiple times. during rush hour gave pt the bexsero vaccine using the computer to double check the ndc however I was so excited we had the vaccine I neglected to double check the expiration date which was 01/31/2026. I tried to reach out to the pt - phone on file is not in service. pt has multiple doctors on file - not sure if any of them are her primary md
