Symptom narrative

Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: The patient received Flu, COVID, and Pneumonia vaccines on 3/25/2026 on left arm. Patient said after 4 hours of receiving vaccines, the arm was swelling and turned red. She did not go to urgent care until 3/27/2026. She was diagnosed with skin infection on the injection site and was prescribed 2 antibiotics. She said it is getting better but the redness is still there.
