Symptom narrative

Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received the vaccine on Friday 3/27/2026 and he felt fine on Saturday 3/28/2026 but on Sunday 3/29/2026 he woke up with a stiff neck and difficult to move his left arm. It was painful and the numbness radiated from the left shoulder area to his neck. He had difficult moving his neck. He went to the doctor and they advised it could be from the vaccine that he received on Friday. He reported that the pain is getting better but he still have numbnesss in his shoulder and neck as of 4/1/26
