Diarrhea; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of diarrhea in a 67-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix on an unknown date). Concomitant products included salbutamol (Albuterol), diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Benadryl) and vibegron (Gemtesa). On 23-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (left arm) .5 ml. On 24-MAR-2026, 1 days after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced diarrhea (Verbatim: Diarrhea). On 24-MAR-2026, the outcome of the diarrhea was resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the diarrhea to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the diarrhea to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 24-MAR-2026 The reporter was a patient who originally contacted GlaxoSmithKline via chat. The reporter stated that she received her second SHINGRIX vaccine in the left arm. The reporter stated that she had diarrhea approximately twenty-two hours after receiving the vaccine. The diarrhea had resolved. The batch number was not provided and unable to contact the reporter.
