Symptom narrative

Patient developed lip swelling 1 1/2 hours after receiving vaccines on 4/2/2026, symptoms progressed to tongue swelling next day and was seen at the ER on 4/3/2026. He also developed tactile fever on 4/3/2026. At the ER he received Dexamethasone and famotidine and was kept in observation until the resolution of symptoms The patient has history of allergic rhinitis to pollen and was prescribed Fluticasone and Cetirizine. He didn't receive any medications before the onset of the symptoms. Parent denies exposure to new products or allergens.
