Symptom narrative

June 7th injection, June 9th complained of pain to facility, told my PM and Oncologist. No one believes me, I told the nurses at facility when I was there with my foot injury. The pain moves from wrist to elbow to upper arm. The pain is unbearable. I drop everything, I can not open my front door, to pour a cup of coffee is torture. I can not handle this anymore,
