Symptom narrative

Pt received MenQuadfi on 03/21/2026. As per mother, patient developed redness and mild swelling at the site of the injection approximate 6 hours after vaccine administration on Left Deltoid. Patient taken to Urgent Care 1 day post vaccine administration. No interventions completed at the Urgent care. No fevers or chills reported.
