Symptom narrative

Client took first dose 4/3 and had initial lip swelling and left cheek and GI upset which improved with ibuprofen. Second dose was taken on 4/4 (client aware was too soon) caused hives and rashes throughout upper body and throat swelling, Client went to urgent care on 4/3 and received care. Client is fully recovered.
