Symptom narrative

Approximately 5 minutes after receiving IMZ patient stood, and after 2 steps collapsed backwards into myself (immunizer). I lowered him to the ground, he was unconscious for less than 1 minute. After standing I had him sit with a cold wet paper towel on his forehead for about 20 minutes while waiting for EMS response. After 20 minutes they had not shown up so patient asked to leave. I suggested his wife drive home. He said before the IMZ he was deathly afraid of needles, but wanted the IMZ.
