Symptom narrative

Local reaction with large swelling to left thigh evaluated during medical visit 4/2/2026. Children's Benadryl (12.5mg/5mL) Take 5mL PO q6h for 7 days prescribed. Cool Compress and ibuprofen for pain recommended. Seen 4/3/2026 for follow up-- afffected area of redness smaller with decreased erythema, non-tender. on 4/3/2026 no medications recommended to take, recommended recheck next Wednesday 4/8/2026.

Current illness

Slow transit constipation 3/20/2026 and 3/31/2026. Vomiting 3/10/2026

Speech Delay, Excessive Weight Gain, Keratosis pilaris

polyethylene glycol, PEG, 3350 (GLYCOLAX) 17 gram/dose powder Take 8.5 grams (1/2 capful) po once daily mixed with water or juice prn constipation.
