Symptom narrative

Less than 5 minutes after being administered the vaccine, Patient told me she did not feel good. She was experiencing loss of vision and feeling lightheaded - she then fainted with stiffening of her body and seizure type behavior with jerking of body. Pale face. In and out of conscious before being able to talk. Ears ringing, sweaty palms and lowering of heart rate. Nausea. She was given fruit juice and ice packs on the back of her neck. When she was able to move, she was moved to a bed to check her vitals. The staff were all amazing with her. From taking the vaccine and leaving the facility was about an hour.
