Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

only received one Shingrix vaccine in 2019; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 74-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in 2019, 0.5 ml via intramuscular route in deltoid). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: only received one Shingrix vaccine in 2019). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
