Late 2nd dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 75-year-old female patient who received HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Concomitant products included Hepatitis a vaccine inact, Hepatitis b vaccine rHBsAg (yeast) (Twinrix). On 20-MAR-2026, the patient received the 2nd dose of Twinrix. On 20-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Late 2nd dose). According to reporter, both patients got the 1st dose of Twinrix on 11-MAR-2026, and the 2nd one on 20-MAR-2026. According to reporter, the patients were intending to receive the 3rd dose on 27-MAR-2026, though at the moment of the call they had not received it yet. According to reporter, they did not have the lot number of the product since it had been administered in another facility. No further details provided.
