Caller reports she moved her arm when the pharmacist was giving the injection and a drop of the vaccine went on the table; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of underdose in a 66-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On 16-MAR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine (intramuscular, left arm) .5 ml.
