A 21-month-old patient was administered an expired dose of Hiberix; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 21-month-old male patient who received Hib (Hiberix) (batch number BA7FD, expiry date 17-MAR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 01-APR-2026, the patient received Hiberix. On 01-APR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Hiberix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: A 21-month-old patient was administered an expired dose of Hiberix ). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable.
