Vaccines received Friday 4-3-26. Woke up Saturday April 4th wit rash & Hives in the axillae and hip area with scattered lesions on her back and umbilicus, then became more diffuse over the abdomen, arms, legs by the late afternoon. She was evaluated at the ER, 4/4/26. She received a one time dose of steroid and famotidine with temporary improvement. In the early am on 4/5/26 she was given diphenhydramine. The diphenhydramine provided relaxation and improved sleep. Supportive care with cool bath and cold backs. Sunday, the abdominal rash cleared, then today, 4/6/26 it recurred with less intensity and elevation. Overall, the rash is somewhat improved today. Last diphenhydramine was 9am today. She is feeding well by breast and bottle with normal urine output. The is no fever, rhinorrhea, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, breathing difficulty, facial or oral swelling or change from baseline small spit-ups. No household contacts have rash or illness.
