Symptom narrative

Pt received vaccines at approximately 1600 on 4/6/26. Pt received Tylenol at 2030. Pt then presented to the ER at 0300 on 4/7/26. Complaints of while being fed pt suddenly raised his arms, appeared to stiffen and had a dazed facial expression. The episode lasted approximately 5 minutes. Temp not taken at home. Temp on arrival to ER was 101.6F. Pt given tylenol suppository in ER and temp lowered to 99.9F Discharged to home and to continue giving tylenol every 6 hours.
