Havrix pediatrics dose given to an adult; Havrix pediatrics dose given to an adult; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of adult use of a child product in a male patient who received HAV (Havrix pediatric) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Havrix pediatric. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Havrix pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product (Verbatim: Havrix pediatrics dose given to an adult) and underdose (Verbatim: Havrix pediatrics dose given to an adult). The outcome of the adult use of a child product and underdose were not applicable.
