Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

RPH reports that patient received 1st Shingrix dose over 2 years ago. I'm not at work; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 65-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose over 2 years ago). Concurrent medical conditions included immunocompromised. The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: RPH reports that patient received 1st Shingrix dose over 2 years ago. I'm not at work). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 07-MAR-2026 The patient received 1st Shingrix dose over 2 years ago before covid began. The reporter consented to follow up.
