administered an extra dose of Infanrix to a 9 months old patien; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a 9-month-old male patient who received DTPa (Infanrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Infanrix (received the first dose of Infanrix), Infanrix (received the second dose of Infanrix) and Infanrix (received the third dose of Infanrix). On 31-MAR-2026, the patient received the 4th dose of Infanrix. On 31-MAR-2026, an unknown time after receiving Infanrix, the patient experienced extra dose administered (Verbatim: administered an extra dose of Infanrix to a 9 months old patien). The outcome of the extra dose administered was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt date: 01-APR-2026. This was the fourth dose of DTaP that the patient had received. The patient had previously completed the regular three-dose schedule prior to this additional dose. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
