Symptom narrative

Starting 3/11, patient was first experiencing body aches. This was followed by a rash, hot flashes, and joint pain. Was having on and off fevers with tylenol / ibuprofen providing limited relief. Face hurt like a bad sunburn, benadryl and zyrtec were not improving rash or skin discomfort. No congestion. No walks outdoors, no known exposure to illness. Pt continuing to experience joint pain- having difficulty taking ibuprofen d/t stomach pain (rx omeprazole). Per CNM., pt advised to take turmeric (curcumin) 500mg 2-4x/day as needed for pain.

Other medications

None (delivered baby 3/16/26 and was off all meds/supplements) but was taking 25mcg levothyroxine and PNV throughout pregnancy

Loratadine, Dicloxacillin, dog dander, house dust, mold, cat dander

Lab data

Went to ER for fever on 3/24/26- CBC significant for elevated eosinophils, CMP wnl, UA wnl, pelvic ultrasound wnl. COVID neg, flu neg. 03/19/26 labs drawn on viral panel negative (rubella, parvovirus, EBV). STI testing 08/2024 negative. Elevated CRP on 3/25/26.
