Pt. came to the pharmacy requesting to get a dose of the current flu vaccine. The pharmacist administered correctly and the correct vaccine but failed verifying if pt. had it before. Pt. got a dose of the same vaccine the most current one las year on September. Pt. did not experience any side effects.
