Symptom narrative

Presented 3 days after the vaccination with redness and itchiness under the vaccine site on her left arm. This redness extended down from her injection site towards her elbow, covering her skin over her Tricep. I told her to try treating it with hydrocortisone cream and if it does not resolve within a week/ or if the pain, itchiness, or redness gets worse to get it checked out.
