Symptom narrative

Patient lost consciousness and had a seizure after vaccine administration. Patient regained consciousness after 2-3 minutes and was given glucose tablets along with water. Patient's color came back to his face and he stated he felt fine after about 5 minutes. Patient stated he had not eaten or drank anything but coffee that day. Patient was monitored for an additional 30 minutes with no other issues. Family member came to pick up patient.
