1 Losartan for BP I took quite a while and my BP still spiked; soft tissue vibrations/tremors/hands are shaking; immune system is acting as if I have some illness like the flu; had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly; had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly; Sleep completely disrupted; high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4; queasy stomach; chest pains; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. An 80-year-old male patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 30Sep2021 as dose 3 (booster), single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 74 years intramuscular, in left arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient took concomitant medications. Vaccination history included: BNT162b2 (DOSE 1, SINGLE), administration date: 28Jan2021, for covid-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "It has cause my BP to skyrocket./BP still spiked", "Chest pain", "queasy stomach"; BNT162b2 (DOSE 2, SINGLE), administration date: 19Mar2021, for covid-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "Chest pain", "queasy stomach", "It has cause my BP to skyrocket./BP still spiked". The following information was reported: HYPERTENSION (medically significant) with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "1 Losartan for BP I took quite a while and my BP still spiked"; SLEEP DISORDER (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "Sleep completely disrupted"; CHEST PAIN (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "chest pains"; TINNITUS (non-serious), HEAD DISCOMFORT (non-serious) all with onset 2021, outcome "unknown" and all described as "had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly"; BLOOD HOMOCYSTEINE INCREASED (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4"; INFLUENZA LIKE ILLNESS (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "immune system is acting as if I have some illness like the flu"; NAUSEA (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "queasy stomach"; TREMOR (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "not recovered", described as "soft tissue vibrations/tremors/hands are shaking". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: Blood homocysteine: (2021) 23.4, notes: which is supposed to be less than 11.4; Blood pressure measurement: (2021) still spiked; Body height: (2021) 191, notes: in. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of hypertension. Clinical course: These events were 2 weeks after first vaccine a month after the second vaccine a month and a half after the third vaccine and ongoing still in his 6th year feel like running temp all day but when checked is normal when sleeps soft tissue throughout body has vibrations/tremors. To him it feels like his immune system was acting as if he have some illness like the flu, but with no temperature or any other effects of illness. He had 1 to 3 second buzzing vibration in brain randomly which finally moved on to a sensation of pressure randomly. Sleep completely disrupted. It started 2 to 3 hrs than after that every hr am awake due to soft tissue vibrations/tremors going on.Before the vaccine he had no problem with any meds. After vaccine have a list of 11 meds that affects him as if he was having a drug overdose,. 1 Losartan for BP took quite a while and BP still spiked. The other 10 by third pill he would wake up fine and start feeling it build in his body till by the time he was ready to brush the teeth his hands are shaking. He gave up and have no meds taking at this time. His health care provider would tell that they knew nothing about the vaccine and could get no help. He has been going outside of health care provider and have been receiving suggestions of supplements to take and have been find more and more good days in life. Another blood test was done for Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase and it came back high with the Homocysteine value of 23.4 which is supposed to be less than 11.4. The information on the batch/lot number for BNT162B2 will be requested and submitted if and when received.
