Patient had arm pain in the afternoon after vaccines. On the evening of 2/17, he developed fever, headache, chills, and fatigue. Tmax 101 F. He developed nausea and dizziness the morning of 2/18. He was seen in the office on 2/18. It was unclear if symptoms were from a vaccine reaction or the start of an acute infection. He was prescribed Zofran for nausea and given return precautions for seeking further medical care.
No symptoms of illness at time of vaccination. Symptoms started in the afternoon/evening of 2/17/26.
