Infantile atopic dermatitis; This is a spontaneous report received from an Other HCP. A patient (age and gender not provided) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 21Jan2026 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: MM0534) intramuscular for immunisation; elasomeran (SPIKEVAX), on 21Jan2026 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: 3052995) intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation; diphtheria vaccine toxoid, hepatitis B vaccine rhbsag (yeast), hib vaccine conj (menigococcal protein), pertussis vaccine acellular 5-component, polio vaccine inact 3v (vero), tetanus vaccine toxoid (VAXELIS), on 21Jan2026 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: U7969AA) intramuscular for immunisation; rotavirus vaccine live reassort oral 5v (ROTATEQ), on 21Jan2026 as dose number unknown, single (Lot number: Z006001) oral for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Congenital Plagiocephaly", start date: 16Sep2025 (ongoing); "Torticollis", start date: 16Sep2025 (ongoing); "Umbilical hernia without obstruction and without gangrene)", start date: 16Sep2025 (ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DERMATITIS ATOPIC (non-serious) with onset 21Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "Infantile atopic dermatitis". Additional information: A patient was administered Spikevax that was already beyond use date (11-Jan-2026). On an unknown date, the patient experienced PHYSICAL PRODUCT LABEL ISSUE (Beyond use date was not prominently displayed. Typically, it was displayed on the top of the Moderna Spikevax packaging, but in this case, it was written small on the side, and they failed to notice it.)
