physician confirmed that an expired dose of daptacel has been administered with no reported adverse event; Initial information received on 10-Mar-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a physician. This case involves an unknown age patient of unknown gender who administered an expired dose of daptacel (diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis vaccine). The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient received expired dose of diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis vaccine (DAPTACEL) (strength: unknown) as 0.5 mL as a single dose (route: unknown) for immunization [Expired product administered, Latency: same day, (Batch: Unknown, Expiry date: Unknown)] Action taken: Not applicable.
