-Received COVID and TD vaccine on 8/1/2025 to right upper arm; pain to right shoulder/upper arm since vaccines given. No neck pain; previously with right shoulder pain, now reporting bilateral shoulder pain -Improvement noted on frequency and intensity of the pain to the arm; sometimes just tender, able to move arm. Sometimes with limited ROM but due to shoulder pain. -Xray of right humerus done on 10/13/2025 WNL -Xray to shoulder showing OA -Instructed to rest/pain medication prn -Referred to orthopedic surgery for evaluation on 12/2025, but unable to see the specialist due to change in Medical. Now renewed her Medical and referred again
