Symptom narrative

Guest came into the pharmacy for travel vaccinations. One being a Havrix booster. Guest received the HAVRIX 770 EL.U (pediatric) instead of the 1440 EL.U (adult) dose. Informed the guest and was given a second dose of the 770 EL.U to obtain full dose. No life threatening side effects occurred, guest is well.
