Rash/ total body rash, itching; Itching; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional and described the occurrence of rash in a 5-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (DTPa-IPV) (batch number 3C423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included HBV (Engerix B pediatric) (batch number 9N9PY, expiry date 07-MAY-2027) for prophylaxis. On 06-MAR-2026, the patient received DTPa-IPV .5 ml and Engerix B pediatric .5 ml. On 09-MAR-2026, 3 days after receiving DTPa-IPV and Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced rash (Verbatim: Rash/ total body rash, itching) and pruritus (Verbatim: Itching).
