administered Shingrix 2nd dose 14 days after 1st dose instead of 2 months to 6 months/administered Twinrix 2nd dose 7 days after 1st dose instead of 1 month; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too short in a 54-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for shingles. Co-suspect products included HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose of Shingrix on 29-OCT-2025 with lot 72R4G, expiry 5 Jun 2027 on Left arm) and Twinrix (received first dose of Twinrix on 05-NOV-2025 with lot F95Hb, expiry 9 May 2028 on Left arm). Concomitant products included metformin. On 12-NOV-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix and the 2nd dose of Twinrix. On 12-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix and Twinrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too short (Verbatim: administered Shingrix 2nd dose 14 days after 1st dose instead of 2 months to 6 months/administered Twinrix 2nd dose 7 days after 1st dose instead of 1 month). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too short was not applicable. They administered Shingrix 2nd dose 14 days after 1st dose instead of 2 months to 6 months after 1st dose and administered Twinrix 2nd dose 7 days after 1st dose instead of 1 month after 1st dose. No symptoms or side effects from additional doses. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
